Overview (How does it work?)

An easy 5 step guide on how Outcome works:
  1. Opening Trades
    1. Connect wallet/Sign up, and then enable trading.
    2. Start on ‘Markets’ our Homepage. A marketplace full of quality markets, filter by topic, and pick one that interests you for your 1st prediction on Outcome. Clicking a market will open its trading terminal, for example: BTC to trade at or above 1,000,000 dollars by EoY.
  2. Check the Rules
    1. Each market shows a clear resolution rule and data source.
  3. Buy Shares
    1. Choose Yes or No. Prices sit between 0.1c and 99.9c . The best Ask price represents the market’s implied probability i.e. 50c = 50%. Place a limit or market order and set your slippage(max 20c) guard if you like.
  4. Manage your position
    1. Trade anytime to lock profits or cut losses (ouch), or hold to resolution for the maximum payout. At resolution the losing side settles to 0 and the winning side settles to 1.
  5. Claim your Outcome
    1. When conditions are met the market resolves instantly. Open the Outcome tab on the Trading terminal to Claim winnings and see losing bets to close. Your full record is always in History and claimed amounts update your available balance immediately.
